ENOvaris exists to fix the friction most firms cannot even name, founded by someone who spent a career inside it. We lead with the diagnosis, not the toolkit, because that order is what makes the work hold.
Thirty years inside the work, before a single system was built.
ENOvaris was founded by Julian Dozier, an operations leader with more than three decades in HR and workforce operations. He came to this work as a practitioner, not a technologist who discovered business later. That order matters, and it shapes everything the firm does.
A retired civil servant and U.S. veteran, Julian spent a career inside the systems that move organizations: how decisions actually get made, how knowledge moves or fails to move, how teams recover when something breaks. ENOvaris is that experience, turned into a method.
Most firms in this space start with the technology and look for a problem to attach it to. ENOvaris starts with the organization. We diagnose first, in human and operational terms, and only then build the systems that resolve what we found.
Technology is how we deliver. It is never the reason we show up. That is the difference between a vendor selling tools and a partner solving an operation, and it is why our work is built to compound rather than fade.
Four principles run through every engagement, from the first assessment to the last system we hand off.
Veteran-owned, methodology-driven, and built on the language of audit, readiness, and accountability. We are positioned to support agencies and the contractors who serve them.
